Twelve to 48 inches of muck

Mud Bog Rules
IMPORTANT!!!!! IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ALL DRIVERS TO READ THESE RULES, AND HELP THE TECH CREW DETERMINE WHAT CLASSES THE TRUCK QUALIFIES FOR.
General Rules for all classes
1.) Drivers must be at least 16 years of age. Anyone under 18 must have a parent waiver signed
a) Vehicles that enter CLASSES 1-3 can enter any class above them that they qualify for.
b) Classes are limited to 35 entries.
c) Registration closes 30 minutes before starting time.
d) LATE ENTRY allowed only if your class has not started AND we have the time to properly inspect your vehicle..
e) Late entries will pay an additional $5.00 per class.
f) No refunds after the class has started.
3.) All drivers must wear a helmet and use seatbelts.
4.) Riders will not be allowed in the truck during the run.
5.) Vehicles with soft-tops and all open vehicles must be equipped with a roll bar or roll cage capable of supporting the vehicle weight.
6.) All vehicles must have a SOLID hitching point, reese reciever or 4" clevis, and no loose articles in the truck cab or bed.
7.) If the race promoter makes the pull back cable an option and you declare not to use it and you do not make a full run YOU hook the pull back cable to your vehicle.
8.) PULLING THE CABLE PAST THE SHUT DOWN AREA IS A DISQUALIFICATION
9.) Vehicles will be allowed four (4) minutes to start their run. If unable to do so, THEY WILL BE DISQUALIFIED! (Vehicles must be in the staging area before your class starts.
10.) Nitrous oxide (N.O.S.) And alcohol fuels will be allowed in open class only.
a) any non-factory fuel tank used will be up to the official discretion as to whether or not it will be allowed.
b) RACING APPROVED FUEL CELLS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.TANKS MUST BE SECURELY FASTENED.
11.) RECKLESS DRIVING, HOT DOGGING, UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT, AND DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
a) This is an automatic disqualification and forfeiture of your entry fee.
12.) Each participant will be responsible for the conduct of their family, friends and crew members.
13.) These rules are for everyone. If you have a complaint, bring it to the event judges in a civilized manner.
14.) Any vehicle that the officials feel is unsafe for competition will not be allowed to run.
15.) CLASS A STREET STOCK, vehicles are required to have a full body, which means a FULL BODY AND BED must be present.
a) Flat beds are allowed.
b) NO GUTTING ALLOWED.
c) Minimal cutting for cooling and tire clearance only.
d) All window glass must be present.
e) Fiberglass body parts are allowed but they must be identical to original appearance.
16.) CLASSES B SUPER STOCK, vehicles are required to have a full body, which means a FULL BODY AND BED must be present.
a) Flat beds are allowed.
b) NO GUTTING ALLOWED.
c) Windshields must be present in STOCK position.
17.) All batteries must be securely fastened.
18.) There is a 5 M.P.H. Speed Limit in the parking and staging areas. Anyone not obeying the speed limit will be disqualified.
20.) Any other necessary rules will be explained when entering.
CLASS A STREET STOCK (Two classes, 36"and under & 37" and over tires)
1.) QUALIFICATION:
a) Vehicle must be 4-Wheel drive.
b) The transfer case must be factory production type.
c) Frame must be factory production type.
d) Factory type steering required, rack and pinion allowed.
2.) ENGINE:
a) Stock engine, no engine swap allowed.
b) Engine must be in stock location.
c) 2 out of 3 mods I.E. aftermarket carb, intake, or headers.
e) Must pull 18" of vacuum at intake 1000 RPM.
3.) FUEL:
a) Gasoline only.
b) Factory fuel tanks or fuel cells but must be mounted solid no bungy straps etc.
4.) EXHAUST:
a) Must have a closed exhaust system with mufflers
5.) BRAKES:
a) Factory system must be in good condition and fully operational.
6.) SUSPENSION:
a) Must be stock factory.
b) Traction bars not considered modification as long as factory suspension is intact.
7.) TIRES:
a) Unaltered D.O.T. Approved only. NO bar, tractor or cut tires, dual or chains.
b) Siped or off road cuts left to tech judges their decision final.

c) Primary radiator must be in stock location (front of vehicle)
d) Secondary radiator in the bed for extra cooling is allowed.
e) Frame must be factory production type. (Not tube frames)
f) Factory type steering required. (Rack and pinion allowed.)
g) Wheel base factory length.
h) No Mini Bodies on full size frames.
2.) ENGINE:
a) Any automotive type engine permitted (engine modifications allowed.)
b) No multiple carburetors, fuel turbo chargers or blowers allowed ( unless it is a factory option;
aftermarket TBI allowed.)
c) Engine must be in the front of the vehicle in stock location.
3.) FUEL:
a) Gasoline only.
b) No relocated fuel tanks will be allowed in the driver’s compartment. All relocated fuel tanks must be securely fastened with a minimum of 2 metal straps.
4.) EXHAUST:
a) Open headers permitted ( No hood headers).
b) All exhaust must be directed away from driver, fuel tanks, and spectators.
5.) BRAKES:
a) Brakes are required on all four wheels and must be in good working condition.
6.) SUSPENSION:
a) Must be leaf spring, coil spring, or torsion bar factory type suspension. (No three or four link as
primary suspension or solid suspensions).
7.) TIRES:
a) Unaltered D.O.T. approved only. No bar, tractor cut tires, dual, or chains.
b) Siping and off road race tires allowed, up to tech judges their decision final.
8.) BODY:
a) See General Rules
b) Drivers must be in stock location.
CLASS C MODIFIED
1.) QUALIFICATIONS
a) Vehicle must be 4- Wheel drive
2.) ENGINE:
a) Any automotive type engine permitted (engine modifications allowed)
b) Multiple carburetors allowed.
c) No fuel injection, turbo chargers or blowers allowed, unless it is a factory option. (Aftermarket TBI allowed.
d) Engine must be in the front of the vehicle.
3.) FUEL:
a) Gasoline only.
b) No relocated fuel tanks will be allowed in the driver’s compartment. All relocated fuel tanks must be
securely fastened with a minimum of 2 metal straps.
4.) EXHAUST:
a) Competition exhaust permitted.
b) Hood headers are allowed.
c) All exhaust must be directed straight up or straight back from driver, fuel tanks and spectators.
5.) BRAKES:
a) Brakes must be in good condition. (Drive line brake allowed.)
6.) SUSPENSION:
a) Must be deemed safe by officials.
7.) TIRES:
a) Unaltered D.O.T. siped, and cuts. No bar, tractor, dual, or chains.
8.) BODY:
a)Vehicle must have plate or floor pan over the transmission and drive line.
b) Vehicle must have a firewall between the driver and the engine.
CLASS OPEN
1.) ANY SIZE TIRES, CUT TIRES, TRACTOR TIRES, ETC.
2.) NITROUS, BLOWERS, ALCOHOL
